Curriculum that combines multiple age levels has a special place in the heart of many homeschoolers. This is not for everyone and often requires a bit more planning on the parent-teacher's part. However, once the main spine has been chosen, adding grade level appropriate math and grammar for each child is often all that is required. For the families with several children homeschooling this proves to be of specific interest because all children are learning the same concepts/time periods and can deepen their learning depending on their level of understanding.
