With over twenty-five years of homeschooling experience, UHA helps families experience the freedom to educate their children as is allowed in the law, without unnecessary oversight.  We complete the South Carolina Department of Education's Annual Standards Assurance form ensuring that our association has met the requirements stated in S.C. Code Ann. § 59-65-47 each year and serve all families in South Carolina, regardless of location.  

Each affordable membership we provide includes:

• New Member Packet via USPS; acceptance letter that can be used for the DMV, membership certificate, laminated pocket card for teacher's discounts at bookstores/field trips/etc, and withdrawal letter if necessary.

• Free printable forms from our website to aid with lesson planning, graduation prep and attendance, among others.

• Option to purchase a planner that includes all necessary reporting forms; helping to ensure that all your recordkeeping is in one volume and easy to maintain.
